Welcome to Cloistered At Home; I‘m glad you are here. This site and its related writings originally began at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Those initial essays have been preserved and grouped on their own page. Original dates and publication have been left intact as they represent not only a specific time in my own writing, but a specific time in the world. While still relevant in the navigation of life today, containing them on their own page will assist you in the navigation of this site.

Since that time the world, myself and my writing has continued to change. New pages have been added to honor all of these journeys. Other Essays contain my newer writings and Poems are my explorations in that realm of expression. The Author section gives a brief background of myself and my intent.
